Comme ce c\u00e9page, d\u2019origine du Valais en Suisse, pousse sur un sol argilo-calcaire, il s\u2019exprime avec une bonne acidit\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>On trouve des ar\u00f4mes de fleurs de coings, de cire d\u2019abeille et de foin. En bouche il d\u00e9veloppe une min\u00e9ralit\u00e9, soutenue d\u2019ar\u00f4mes de p\u00eaches.
